Mr. Francesco Aimone is the Co-Founder and CEO of Induction Food Systems. He has experience commercializing process heating technology and liquid processing equipment design and engineering, working in applications ranging from chemical processing and maple syrup production to aseptic fluid food production. As IFS’ CEO he manages a distributed R&D engineering team, fundraising in the food and beverage and agtech ecosystem, business development with enterprise and SMB customers, and developing and executing IFS’ IP strategy. He holds a Masters degree from Columbia University where he researched and published on pandemic influenza. His first experience in equipment engineering was researching energy efficiency in maple syrup evaporators.
